per week of on-site technical assistance. Troubleshoot desktops, laptops,
PDA’s and peripherals including classroom projectors and remote controls.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in a Windows 2000
networked environment with Windows XP clients. Troubleshoot Office
Professional 2003, and assist in server and domain administration, including
backups and network infrastructure maintenance.
