Administrative Technology - Customer Support Department

Opportunity

Gain entry-level computer support skills in a real-time enterprise support environment.  Interact with customers and technicians to understand common helpdesk issues and learn to resolve them\

Responsibilities:

-Accurately receive, track, and respond to incoming requests for assistance via e-mail, phone, and delegation.

-Research issues, devise solutions, interact with customers and technicians to solve problems.

Qualifications

-Professional work habits

-Good communication and interpersonal skills

-Accurate and thorough documentation skills

-Computer hardware and software knowledge a plus

- Workstudy or Coop.  Minimum 2 Quarter work commitment

Administrative Technology

The Administrative Technology department supports Highline’s administrative (non-instructional) computing needs.  The Customer Service department runs the Helpdesk which fields all Administrative Technology issues and questions.
