My son Ron, the Body Builder! The pictures available from this page show the results of MANY hours of hard work in the gym and much dietary and exercise planning. 'Taint easy folks! Ron won trophys in both his weight class AND Overall at the 1999 Emerald Cup held in Bellevue. He has also recorded multiple wins in the Rocky Mountain Championship held in Spokane each year.

Ron is married (sorry ladies) and he and his wife Holly live in Spokane and continue to persue the active lifestyle.
