Saving a file as Rich Text
Although everyone in this class
is completing the same assignments, unfortunately,
we are not using the same word processors to
complete them. Of course, I prefer that you use
Microsoft Word to complete your assignments.
However, since word is not available to some
people, the need becomes apparent to save your files
in ways that others can read them. As you will hear
me say hundreds of times over the course of the
quarter you must save and upload your assignments in
RICH TEXT FORMAT. Unfortunately, each time you open
a new document on your word processor then decide to
save it, you need to manually save it in RICH TEXT
FORMAT. |

Download Adobe Reader
If you find yourself not able to view the
.pdf files that are stored up here on Blackboard, go to the
link above, and download Adobe Reader. It's free! This
will allow you to view all the files that will be posted on
Blackboard this quarter. If you run into problems, let me
know.
